The audit software arm of CAQA Groups
CAQA Audit exists for one reason: audits fail in the gaps — between the plan and the fieldwork, the finding and the fix, the closure and the check that it held.
Why we build audit management software
Across the CAQA family, our teams have spent years around quality assurance in Australian education — and watched capable organisations run serious audit programs on spreadsheets, shared drives and memory. The plan lives in one file, the findings in another, the corrective actions in an email thread that ends when someone changes roles.
CAQA Audit puts the whole cycle on one record. Plans expand into programs, programs into checklists, checklists into evidence and findings, findings into recommendations, responses, corrective actions and follow-ups — each step referenced back to the one before it. Reports and assurance dashboards read from that same record, so what leadership sees is what the fieldwork found.
Software for audits — not an audit service
CAQA Audit is a platform your organisation uses to manage its own internal audits and its preparation for external ones. It does not conduct audits and it is not a regulator. Where organisations want hands-on consulting or audit services, other parts of the CAQA family provide them — this site is about the software.
As part of the CAQA governance, risk and compliance family, the platform pairs naturally with CAQA GRC, and sits inside the wider CAQA ERP suite.
Traceability first
Every conclusion in the platform can be walked back to the plan, criterion and evidence that produced it. If it can't be traced, it isn't assurance.
Software, not judgement
CAQA Audit manages the audit trail. The professional judgement stays where it belongs - with your auditors and your governance.
Built beside practitioners
The platform grew up inside the CAQA family, alongside people who live in audit criteria, evidence and corrective action registers every day.
Quiet, honest records
No vanity metrics, no theatre. The record shows what was planned, what was found and what was fixed - and that is the point.
